What I'm ReadingI live by this book. The recipes within are EASILY the best I've come across when it comes to a balance of taste and healthy eating. I eat from this book almost every day. I cannot recommend this book any more highly. This is probably the best strength training and anatomy book ever published. I use this when working out. My friends do too.
